Bought a 2015 Astra from mossy lea motors on Saturday, me and my son went to view the car and we went for a test drive, overall I'm happy with the purchase, however the tyre pressure warning light came on so I checked all the tyres, but when I came to rear drivers side tyre I couldn't put air in it as it kept letting air out due to a corrid valve stem, and then I took to tyre garage to be fixed and contacted mossy lea motors to make them aware, but they was reluctant at first saying I should of took up there which is quite a distance from Leigh, and I said I should of tried some wd40 which did not work, after quibbling they did pay the £30 to get it fixed, in the meantime it developed another fault today with the drivers side mirror, contacted them again about the fault, they said to me we don't get involved with minor faults like that due to the cars age, and you guessed try some wd40 and again it didn't work, what I do expect is when I buy a used car from a dealer is it to have no faults, if it, does develop faults I would expect them to be fixed with no quibbles, they did say they fully check cars before they sell them, so if you buy a car from them and it develops minor just get yourself a can of wd40 and hope for the best, so just beware customer service goes through the window once you have purchased the car.
Mossy Lea Motors Limited were helpful because they met me outside their normal working hours to arrange collection of the car. They were extremely helpful with all the documentation and I am super happy with my new car! Thank you so much! I have already recommended to others.
